Seagate Village, at the end of a cul-de-sac. A single-level 1985 house with good bones, granite counters, and a living room built around a fireplace that never quite held it.

So we gave it something to hold. Venetian plaster on the fireplace, wide-plank floors through every room, custom cabinetry throughout. The kitchen moved to quartz and new appliances and now opens straight into dining and living, so the whole house reads as one room with the light coming through it.

The primary suite gets a built-in closet and a fully redone bath. The other two bedrooms work as bedrooms or an office, and both baths carry the same tile work as the rest of the house.

Out back, a landscaped yard for long dinners on coastal evenings. The pools, courts and trails are a short walk away. Someone else maintains those.
